01. What documents are required to rent a car?
We require the following documents from our customers to cover our legal obligations : Drinver’s license, passeport (for MRE and foreigners), residence permit or a valid ID card. A copy of these documents will be made and archived by us ones we’ll have our first meeting.
02. How the payment would be made?
Payment can be made either by credit card or cash. This can be made either at the time of booking online, or when you come to pick up the vehicule. Our main goal is to make you get on your way quickly and easily
03. Do I have to pay a deposit?
Yes sometimes, a deposit is required when booking the vehicle. The deposit, often referred to as a security deposit, represents a bank pre-authorization that allows the rental agency to debit your account with the amount needed to solve the problems not covered and due to your liability, which occurred during the rental of the car. Permission is waived if no problem due to your fault is detected. If you do not see the option “security deposit” when booking, it means that it is not necessary for the car you have chosen.
04. Can anyone else drive the car?
Only the driver or second driver identified on the rental contract has the right to drive the vehicle, any other driver must be notified at the time of conclusion of the contract and he must be of legal driving age (21 years) and a driver’s license of at least 2 years and valid. His presence at the conclusion of the contract is obligatory.
05. Can I change the car if I notice a mechanical failure after one hour of rental?
In the event of a mechanical breakdown, please contact our agency or the assistance service available 24/7 (service included in the rental contract). A repair authorization or a car replacement can be offered by the rental agency.
