I guarantee that the vehicle will not be used:

1 - For the transport of passengers for a fee, regardless of whether the payment has been agreed upon implicitly or explicitly.

2 - - For the transport of smuggled goods leading to the seizure or immobilization of the vehicle by the authorities, under penalty of paying RIDRIVE CARS the price of the vehicle according to the year's price list plus an ndemnity of 20,000.00 MAD as well as all the costs that RIDRIVE CARS will have paid in the event of lawsuits.

3 - To propel or tow any vehicle or wagon.

4 - In the context of automobile competitions.

5 - By any person under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

6 - In addition, the vehicle may only be driven by the persons designated on the present contract, subject to the preliminary authorization of RIDRIVE CARS, and as long as the said persons are at least 21 years old and have held a legal driving license for at least one year.

The vehicle is delivered in perfect operational condition and clean. The meters and their sockets are sealed, the seals cannot be removed or stolen under penalty of having to pay the rental on the basis of 100 km per day. The vehicle will be returned in the same state of cleanliness failing which the tenant will have to pay the amount of these cleanings and restorations, the five tires are in perfect condition without cuts. Normal usage, the renter undertakes to replace it immediately with a tire of the same size and approximately equal usage or to pay the amount.

Normal mechanical wear and tear is the responsibility of the lessor. All repairs resulting either from normal wear and tear, negligence on the part of the hirer or accidental causes will be at his expense and carried out by us. In the event that the vehicle will be immobilized outside the region, the repairs, whether they are due to normal wear and tear or accidental causes, will only be carried out after telegraphic agreement from the lessor or by the regional agent of the make of vehicle. They will have to be the object of a paid and very detailed invoice. The defective replaced parts will have to be presented with the paid invoice. The tenant will not be able to claim damages and interests, either for delay of the handing-over of the vehicle, or cancellation of the hiring. The responsibility of the landlord can never be claimed even in case of an accident of persons or things that may have resulted from defects or construction defects or previous repairs. In case of an accident caused by the fault of the customer, the expenses of the damages undergone by the vehicle, the surcharges will be entirely at his expense.

The rental amount is payable in advance. The deposit is prior to the RIDRIVE CARS. In case I am granted the renewal, I undertake to send the amount of the additional rental 48 hours before the end of the current rental period. I commit myself not to oppose the payment by the deposit or guarantee left if this deposit covers :

- Unjustified damage.

- Loss of papers .

- Impounding charges or other as the case may be, on condition that our company provides the necessary supporting documents.

At the end of the rental and at the return of the vehicle, the customer will hand over the vehicle registration document and all the necessary documents for its circulation, otherwise, these documents being indispensable for new rentals, the rental will continue to be charged at the initial price until they are handed over to the company. In case of loss of these papers, the customer will have to pay the amount of the expenses of the duplicate.

The tenant remains solely responsible for any fines, contraventions, and reports against him. Only competent.
